All the material is presented in outline form which I personally find difficult to follow. It would've been easier I think to comprehend and retain if it had been written in more of a narritive formate.

There is alot of information to read through. I like the outline form but I wish there would be bold tye to define the very important things needed to take the exam. I think more ambulatory examples/outline shudl be initated.
I an using this book to study for the CAPA exam. It is a great concise reference. It is in an outline format but has all the major diseases, signs,symptoms, tests, and treatments that you need to know for each body system.
PeriAnesthesia Nursing Core Curriculum has a great deal of useful updated info. But, I was alittle disappointed to not have the end of chapter review questions that was included in the previous edition.
Comprehensive and for someone who haven't practiced nursing for years, it definitely a great reference book to catch up on full updates regarding PACU, PREOP, POST-op, etc related to perianesthesia. I would recommend.
